  • Ingredients:

    • 200g Soya Chaap (available in the market)
    • 1 cup thick yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala
    • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tablespoons oil
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
    • 1 tomato, chopped
    • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
    • Lemon wedges for serving

    Instructions:

    • In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt to create the marinade.

    • Dip each soya chaap into the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

    • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

    • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate from the masala.

    • Add marinated soya chaap along with the marinade to the pan. Cook on medium heat, turning the chaap occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

    • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

    • Serve hot Soya Chaap with chapati, naan, or rice, and lemon wedges on the side.
