Ingredients:
- 200g Soya Chaap (available in the market)
- 1 cup thick yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and salt to create the marinade.

Dip each soya chaap into the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 2-3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate from the masala.

Add marinated soya chaap along with the marinade to the pan. Cook on medium heat, turning the chaap occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
